Session Structure & Investment

Counselling

£62 for a 50-minute session, or £71 for a full hour. Sessions are usually arranged on a weekly basis to suit your needs; however, this is not always the case, and the regularity of our sessions can be tailored according to your individual preferred needs.

Couples Counselling

£83 for a 60-minute session. Sessions last for an hour, but can be extended if arrangements are made in advance.

Discernment Counselling

£166 for a 2-hour session. The first session is 2 hours; subsequent sessions last between 1.5 and 2 hours depending on your needs.

Professional Supervision

Both clinical and non-clinical supervision sessions are £60 for a 1-hour session, or £90 for a 1.5-hour session. Sessions can be scheduled fortnightly or monthly; this can be dependent on your professional and personal requirements.

Important Booking Policies

Cancellations

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee will be due in full.

Punctuality

If you arrive late, you will, unfortunately, only receive the remainder of your scheduled time, as the session length cannot be extended.

Payment

Payments are taken via BACS or bank transfer and are required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Private Healthcare & Insurance

I work with the recognized private healthcare provider, Bupa. If you have private health insurance, your policy may cover most—or even all—of your counselling fees.

If you would like to use your insurance to fund your therapy sessions, please contact your provider and ask them to add me (Sally Cloke) to your approved profile before we begin. Then, contact me.

To help make this process as smooth as possible, please provide me with a few important details when you get in touch:

  • Your membership number & pre-authorisation number
  • The total number of allocated sessions granted by your provider
  • Whether there is an excess on your policy (and if so, how much it is)
  • Any other explicit limits or allowances on your funding
  • Your policy's annual renewal date

Note on Policy Excess: If your policy has an excess, you will need to pay that specific amount directly to me (either in advance or 24 hours before each session) until you reach it. Once reached, your insurance provider will cover the remaining sessions.
