Sessions
Individual counselling sessions are usually arranged on a weekly basis, but not always.
Couples counselling sessions last for an hour, but I am happy to extend if arrangements are made in advance.
I also offer discernment counselling sessions. The first session is 2 hours, and thereafter, it may last 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your needs.
For supervision, we can meet every two weeks for an hour or once a month for 1.5 hours.
Fees and Availability
I offer appointments on the following days; please reach out to chat through availability.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8 am – 8 pm
(I have some Tuesday appointments available during the school holidays.)
Counselling
- Individual sessions are £60 for 50 minutes or £68 for an hour
- Couples’ sessions are £80 for an hour
- Discernment counselling is £160 for a two-hour session

Supervision
Supervision is £90 for 1.5 hours a month. Alternatively fortnightly £60 for a fortnightly 50-minute session.
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will need to pay for the session in full. If you arrive late, you will receive the remainder of the session, and unfortunately, I cannot extend the session's length.
Payment is taken by BACS or bank transfer and is required at least 24 hours before the session.
